After your interview with each candidate, we will discuss the good and bad, what offer you are wanting to make, and discuss with the candidate. Statistically, more offers are accepted when made by our professionals. We will make sure to not only discuss the offer with them but gather questions or hesitations they may have, lessening the probability of the candidate declining or GHOSTING you!
